Weekly Loves 7

In case you didn't know, I have a major thing for ducks. I love all bird like creatures, and all animals of course. But there is something about ducks that I have loved since I was a child, I think I get it from my Dad.

This kitchen is SO simple and beautiful, I love the table wrapping around the counter, and those copper lights are amazing to say the least.

These cushions are so precious, there's lots of other darling things found here.

After my friend had me make this quilt for her sister's baby, I have more quilts on the brain. I LOVE the triangles in this, love the bold, solid black. I have trouble cutting perfect triangles though, time to practice!

This illustration is too great. Laura Hughes is fantastic, more of her work is very colorful and adorable.

A vintage globe covered in vintage buttons. I can't imagine how long it would take to conquer this.
Unknown source.

This. Dress. It's so perfect, I love every little detail and I'm pretty sure it would go great with the only cowboy boots I own.

Another great illustrator. Luka Luka is just my style. Head over to her Etsy shop for super cute prints, cards, buttons and more. I'm in love!

Fall is pretty much here, and while I am not holding my breath for sweater weather, I still get excited to see pretty fall decorations and things. I LOVE this idea for wrapping paper, it's so simple and doesn't have to be just for fall, you could pair any color with wood grain and it would look so fabulous!

Speaking of sweater weather...this tutorial looks a little scary for me, throw patterns at me and I instantly go brain dead and get anxious. But! I really would love to try this, the restyle is cute and I really need more sweatery/blazer type things for whenever we finally get some cooler weather.

Other noteworthy things:
This tattoo.
This decadent looking recipe.
This hair I am oh so envy of.
Sheldon, ridiculously cute and Cody and I are SO in love.
This dress, it's pretty much perfect in every way.

What caught your eye this week?

    1. Haha! I'm so sorry you have been attacked, at least you can still enjoy a statue and not shudder! I'm sucker for cards and things like that too! I used to always put "cute stationary stuff" on my Christmas lists as a child!
